Cross Posting definition

Cross Posting means the ability for a CLIENT Customer to cross post an ad posting to another website through the ADICIO cross posting system.
Cross Posting means a posting from one post to another post. (permutation)

Examples of Cross Posting in a sentence

  • If either the Originating Site or Recipient Site rejects the Cross Posting for inappropriate content or suspected fraudulent use of credit cards, the posting is to be deleted by the Originating Site and the Originating Site shall provide notice to the Recipient Site.

  • If the Recipient Site accepts the Cross Posting, no further steps are needed and the posting will be “live” on the Recipient Site.

  • When a customer at an Originating Site selects an ad to be posted to a Recipient Site, the Recipient Site is notified of the Cross Posting and has two (2) business days (from the date of the Cross Posting) to notify ADICIO that it rejects the posting.

  • It is the responsibility of each Ad Site to accept or reject a Cross Posting and to appropriately process any applicable credits or refunds to the customer if a Cross Posting is rejected.

  • ADICIO shall remit all applicable Cross Posting fees to Recipient Sites within 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter.

  • Within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, ADICIO will provide a detailed Cross Posting Report Summary and invoice the (Originating Site) Client for all applicable Cross Posting fees.

  • If the price of a print (Cross Posting) upsell differs from that of online only Cross Postings, and the Client cannot provide the price of the print upsell in the data feed, then the online single ad cross posting rate will be used when administering the transfer of funds and allocating revenue.
