Cross-compliance. : shall mean the statutory management requirements and the good agricultural and environmental conditions in accordance with Articles 4 and 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003;

Cross-compliance means a specific requirement for land management contained in a statutory regulation or a specific agreement between the Landlord or the Tenant and any statutory authority.
