Crop share definition

Crop share means a sum of money to be paid to the department based upon the value of an agreed-upon portion of the harvested crop at the local market price on the date the crop is harvested.
Crop share means that the payment to the commission under the lease is conditioned upon the total crop yield and the market price at the time of harvest.
Crop share means an Enrolled Claimant’s Interest for an Eligible Field, plus the Interest of any associated Affiliated Claimant(s) for the Eligible Field.
