Crompton or "CMCI" means Crom pton Manufacturing Company, Inc.

"Releasees" shall refer jointly and severally, individually and collectively to Crompton, and its past and present officers, directors, employees, parents, and subsidiaries and the predecessors, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of each of the foregoing.
