Croma definition

Croma shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto. “▇▇▇▇▇” shall mean the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System. “Exchange Act” shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as it may be amended from time to time. “FINRA” shall mean the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. “Form F-1 Shelf” shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.1. “Form F-3 Shelf” shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.1. “Holdco Members” shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto. “Holdco Seller” shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto.

Examples of Croma in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 1.4 hereof, Croma will not and Holdco Seller will not (and will cause the Holdco Members not to) sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Milestone Shares or any interest therein except in a transaction registered pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Act or in a transaction exempt from or not subject to the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
