CRO Services the specialised contract research organization services in relation to clinical trial related business to be provided by EPS Corporation and/or and EP Mediate to be acquired by EPSMC including but not limited to clinical trial monitoring, pharmaceutical consultation, data management and statistical analysis “CRO Services Framework Agreement” the CRO Services framework agreement dated 15 December 2023 entered into between EPSMC, EPS Corporation and EP Mediate in relation to the provision of CRO Services from EPS Corporation and EP Mediate to EPSMC commence on the Effective Date and continue up to and including 31 March 2026 “Director(s)” the director(s) of the Company “Effective Date” the date on which the entering into of the CRO Services Framework “EP Mediate” EP Mediate Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in Japan with limited liability whose registered office at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇-▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ and a connected person of the Company as at the date of this announcement
CRO Services means the following services in connection with managing and sponsoring oncology clinical research trials: (i) site selection and management, (ii) data collection, (iii) study monitoring, (iv) pharmacoeconomic assistance, (v) medical writing, (vi) statistical programming and analysis, and (vii) preparation of regulatory documents.

Examples of CRO Services in a sentence

  • Sponsor further acknowledges and agrees that payments for Investigators’ services are pass-through payments to third parties and are separate from payments for CRO Services.

  • CATO RESEARCH shall provide CRO Services to CLIENT, as reasonably requested by CLIENT from time to time, in accordance with this Agreement.

  • For any Work Order being paid on a unit-based budget basis, payment shall be made for each partially completed unit on a time-and-materials basis related to the CRO Services undertaken for each such unit.

  • If CLIENT instructs CATO RESEARCH not to complete such wind-down CRO Services, CATO RESEARCH shall, upon notification of the termination of the Work Order, promptly cease providing CRO Services and incurring costs to the extent practicable.

  • Except with respect to CRO Services for which XORTX specifically hires CRC to perform under this Agreement, (a) XORTX is not required to use CRC for any specific work; (b) XORTX is free to retain others to perform the same or similar CRO Services as offered by CRC; (c) CRC is not required to provide any CRO Services to XORTX; and (d) CRC is free to provide CRO Services to other clients that are similar to CRO Services provided to XORTX.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, CATO RESEARCH may arrange for its Affiliates to perform CRO Services under this Agreement, with the understanding that CATO RESEARCH will remain legally responsible for such CRO Services.

  • Protocol Sponsor represents and warrants that the terms of the CRO Services Agreement shall be substantially similar to the terms of this Agreement.

  • If travel time is not included in the applicable unit price on the Work Order, then it shall be billed as out of scope work time, with the understanding that, to the extent practical, travel time shall be used to perform CRO Services for XORTX.

  • Except as set forth in this Agreement, CATO RESEARCH makes no warranty, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement as to any matter, including, but not limited to, the CRO Services, results of CRO Services, deliverables, reports, analyses, documents, memoranda, or other matter produced or provided under this Agreement.

  • Requested CRO Services may include any area of services customarily undertaken by CRC, including without limitation the areas of clinical trials, clinical monitoring, site management, medical monitoring and pharmacovigilance or safety services.

Related to CRO Services

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
