CRMDP definition
CRMDP means a cultural resources management and development plan, dated February 2008, acceptable to the Association and adopted by the Recipient, giving details of measures appropriate or required to maximize the benefits of the Project and the MDWSP, eliminate, offset or mitigate any adverse cultural resources impact and promote protection and preservation of the southern Phuthiatsana sub-region of the Recipient’s territory, or reduce such impacts to acceptable levels, as such CRMDP may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
