CRLA definition

CRLA means Children's Radio of Los Angeles, Inc., a Minnesota corporation.
CRLA has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals of this Agreement.
CRLA means the addendum to this Contract, which sets forth the negative item(s) you have asked Lexington to address and, subject to continued representation, the order in which an item will be addressed, the date by which Lexington estimates that an item may be modified (if a modification occurs), and the maximum total payment due under the Contract.

  • Seller has delivered to Buyer copies of the last three audited financial statements of (i) the Companies on a consolidated basis, and (ii) CRLA (collectively, the “Financial Statements”).

  • TDCC, TDCC’s Affiliates, Symyx, and Symyx’s Affiliates shall each have the right to use Joint Inventions for internal research purposes *; provided, however, that, subject to Section 4.1.2 and prior obligations arising under the CRLA, Symyx shall have the sole right to commercially exploit such Joint Inventions *.

  • The parties agree that in such event, Closing shall occur with respect to all of the Acquired Assets except those held by CRLA and KPLS-AM within five (5) days of Final Approvals of assignments of the other Licenses.

  • SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day falling in the relevant Observation Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day "i".
