Critical Vulnerability definition

Critical Vulnerability means a Vulnerability for which there is a publicly available mechanism to exploit the Vulnerability.
Critical Vulnerability means vulnerability once it is either: (i) designated by its author or publisher as “critical”, or (ii) designated in writing to the Contractor as having been identified as “critical” by the Office of Cybersecurity or Vendor Management.

Examples of Critical Vulnerability in a sentence

  • In the event that a website is made temporarily unavailable on the Internet or the Intranet due to the inadequate availability of resources to withstand internal or external scanning, such a lack of resources shall have the same meaning as a Critical Vulnerability, as defined in Section 29 of this Agreement, and the Contractor shall remediate the vulnerability no less than 72 hours upon the receipt of a Remediation Notice.

  • The Company shall coordinate with LVFR, City Building Department, and the Department of Homeland Security on a regular basis, including discussions pertaining to the results of the initial and future Critical Vulnerability Assessments.

  • Critical Vulnerability means a vulnerability scored as, or equivalent in severity to, a CVSS (Common Vulnerabilities and Scoring System, latest applicable version) base and/or temporal scores equal to or higher than 7.0.

  • Vulnerability means a weakness of an asset or mitigation that can be exploited by one or more threats.

  • Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.
