Critical Update definition

Critical Update is an Update that in ServiceNow’s reasonable judgment is critical to maintaining the availability, security or performance of the Subscription Service; comply with applicable laws or to avoid infringement or misappropriation of a third-party Intellectual Property Right.
Critical Update means an update to the Software that is required to fix a major fault in the Software and/or allow the Software to continue to operate normally and includes all Recommended Updates not currently installed in the Software.
