Critical Threat definition

Critical Threat. Use of the Subscription Services or of any IdP by Customer or any of its Authorized Users that poses an imminent threat to (i) the security or integrity of any Customer Data or the data of any other DI customer, or (ii) the availability of the Cloud Platform to Customer or any other DI customer.

Examples of Critical Threat in a sentence

  • If Vista is unable to immediately contact Client, or if Vista contacts the Client but the Client is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, Vista may, in its sole discretion and without liability to the Client or any other Person, suspend Client’s and its users’ access to and use of the SaaS Service until the Critical Threat is resolved or prevented and Vista is able to restore the SaaS Service for Client.

  • Upland may suspend Customer’s and its Users’ use of the Application until the Critical Threat is resolved.

  • If DI determines that Customer’s or any of its Authorized Users’ Use of the Subscription Services pose a Critical Threat, the DI will immediately attempt to contact Customer to resolve the Critical Threat.

  • If ▇▇▇▇ is unable to immediately contact the Customer, or if ▇▇▇▇ contacts the Customer but the Customer is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, then Komo may suspend the Customer’s and its Users’ use of the Komo Platform until the Critical Threat is resolved and Komo is able to restore the Subscription Services for the Customer.

  • If DI is unable to immediately contact Customer, or if DI contacts Customer but Customer is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, then DI, acting reasonably in the circumstances then known to DI, may suspend Customer’s and its Authorized Users’ Use of the Cloud Platform until the Critical Threat is resolved and DI is able to restore the Subscription Services to Customer.

  • If DI is unable to immediately contact Customer, or if DI contacts Customer but Customer is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, then DI , acting reasonably in the circumstances then known to DI, may suspend Customer’s and its Authorized Users’ Use of the DI Platform until the Critical Threat is resolved and DI is able to restore the Subscription Services to Customer.

  • If Auth0 is unable to immediately contact Customer, or if Auth0 contacts Customer but Customer is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, then Auth0 may suspend Customer’s and to reinstate the Subscription Services as soon as reasonably practicable following correction of its Users’ use of the Auth0 Platform until the issueCritical Threat is resolved and Auth0 is able to restore the Subscription Services for Customer.

  • If Modjoul, acting reasonably in the circumstances then known to Modjoul, determines that Customer’s or any of its Users’ use of the Subscription Services poses an imminent threat to (i) the security or integrity of any Customer Data or the data of any other Modjoul customer, or (ii) the availability of the Modjoul Platform to Customer or any other Modjoul customer (collectively, a “Critical Threat”), then Modjoul will immediately attempt to contact Customer to resolve the Critical Threat.

  • If Modjoul is unable to immediately contact Customer, or if Modjoul contacts Customer but Customer is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, then Modjoul may suspend Customer’s and its Users’ use of the Modjoul Platform until the Critical Threat is resolved and Modjoul is able to restore the Subscription Services for Customer.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unable to immediately contact Customer, or if Mercero contacts Customer but Customer is unable to immediately remediate the Critical Threat, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, acting reasonably in the circumstances then known to Mercero, may suspend Customer’s and its Users’ use of the Mercero Platform until the Critical Threat is resolved and Mercero is able to restore the Subscription Services for Customer.
