More Definitions of Critical Path Schedule

Critical Path Schedule means a critical path logic schedule prepared by Contractor and meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit G, which schedule shall be resource loaded and shall form a part of the Project Schedule, describing the time of completion by Contractor of the Critical Path Items, as such schedule may be modified in accordance with Section 7.3.

Critical Path Schedule means the schedule developed by the Contractor and agreed upon by the RTC for the performance of the Work, setting forth the specific tasks to be performed, including but not limited to the Contract Milestones, and establishing the schedule for the completion of each such task. The Critical Path Schedule is set forth in Appendix B.

Critical Path Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(A).

Critical Path Schedule means the time schedule for performance of the Work delivered by each Contractor to Owner.

Critical Path Schedule means the schedule maintained by the Contractor used to manage the critical path of the Project which accurately reflects (a) the percentage of the Work completed and the Work remaining, (b) describes with reasonable particularity each Service rendered, the date thereof, the time expended in performing such Service, and the persons rendering such Service; and (c) specifies the amount of project costs, including all fees, incurred to date and estimated project costs, including all fees, remaining.

Critical Path Schedule means the critical path schedule in the form of Appendix B.

Critical Path Schedule. A critical path schedule prepared by Contractor and meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit F describing the estimated time of completion of Critical Path Items for completion of the Work by Contractor.
