CRITICAL CHANGES has the meaning set forth in Attachment A of this QUALITY AGREEMENT. “CRITICAL PROCESS PARAMETERS” are those parameters that are defined in NEKTAR AL’S Process Validation Report for SELECTED REAGENT (VR-291).
