Examples of CRISP Services in a sentence
Provide its own web browser and the workstations, desktops, laptops or other hardware, software, and applications as necessary to securely access the internet and CRISP Services.
Participant or Participant Users may not access or use the Data or any Confidential Information of another party received via CRISP Services to compare patient volumes, practice patterns, or make any other comparison, unless Participant enters into a separate data sharing agreement with the other Participant that is the source of the Data or Confidential Information.
Be solely responsible for its and its Participant Users use, nonuse and interpretation of any messages it receives using CRISP Services, and the accuracy of any messages it sends, including those messages containing Health Information.

By CRISP, that CRISP has not received an Adverse Determination or a sanction or penalty from any federal, state, local or international regulatory or law enforcement organization finding a violation of Applicable Law related to the privacy or security of Data involving the CRISP HIE or CRISP Services.
Participant agrees to comply with all Applicable Law governing confidentiality, privacy, disclosure and sharing of PHI and other data in its use of CRISP Services.
Participant and Participant Users shall be solely responsible for their use of CRISP Services and Data sent or received via CRISP Services and maintaining patient medical records, as applicable, in accordance with Applicable Law.
Register with CRISP as a participant in CRISP Services as required by CRISP and update its information with CRISP as necessary and required.
