CRISP Services definition

CRISP Services means all services provided by CRISP for access to and maintenance of Data, including, but not limited to, the availability of the HIE for Permitted Purposes, value-added services (such as care alerts, summaries of care, and status alerts), External HIE services, and Licensed Services.

Examples of CRISP Services in a sentence

  • Provide its own web browser and the workstations, desktops, laptops or other hardware, software, and applications as necessary to securely access the internet and CRISP Services.

  • Participant or Participant Users may not access or use the Data or any Confidential Information of another party received via CRISP Services to compare patient volumes, practice patterns, or make any other comparison, unless Participant enters into a separate data sharing agreement with the other Participant that is the source of the Data or Confidential Information.

  • Be solely responsible for its and its Participant Users use, nonuse and interpretation of any messages it receives using CRISP Services, and the accuracy of any messages it sends, including those messages containing Health Information.

  • All Participants and Participant Users are responsible for obtaining whatever information, including Data from sources other than the HIE or CRISP Services, deemed necessary for the proper treatment of the Individual under the applicable standard of care.

  • The provisions of this Section 5.04 shall also apply, to the extent appropriate, to Data transmitted using CRISP Services.

  • CRISP represents and warrants to Participant that CRISP has the full power and authority to license or sublicense all Common HIE Resources and associated Documentation licensed to Participant hereunder and to provide CRISP Services, including any Licensed Services, without violating any rights of a third party.

  • By CRISP, that CRISP has not received an Adverse Determination or a sanction or penalty from any federal, state, local or international regulatory or law enforcement organization finding a violation of Applicable Law related to the privacy or security of Data involving the CRISP HIE or CRISP Services.

  • Participant agrees to comply with all Applicable Law governing confidentiality, privacy, disclosure and sharing of PHI and other data in its use of CRISP Services.

  • Participant and Participant Users shall be solely responsible for their use of CRISP Services and Data sent or received via CRISP Services and maintaining patient medical records, as applicable, in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Register with CRISP as a participant in CRISP Services as required by CRISP and update its information with CRISP as necessary and required.

Related to CRISP Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
