Crisis Accommodation definition

Crisis Accommodation means short term accommodation (generally three months or less) for people that are experiencing homelessness or people who are at risk of homelessness Deal Or Dealing includes any agreement, or attempt to agree, to sell, assign, transfer, dispose or part with possession of, lease, licence, redevelop, sub-divide, the granting of a mortgage or charge or otherwise deal with, any of the Vested Properties and any combination of a Deal or Dealing as defined herein Default means an event or circumstance specified in clauses 9.1 and 9.2 of these Common Terms Dollars And $ mean the lawful currency of Australia Eligible Persons means persons who are eligible for Community Housing in New South Wales, as defined in the policy document Community Housing Eligibility Policy, or any document or policy that amends, replaces or succeeds the same.

  • The service will aim to transition clients from Crisis Accommodation as soon as is appropriate.
