Examples of Criminal Reference Check in a sentence

  • The Employer shall pay for the cost of any subsequent Criminal Reference Check requested by the Employer upon submission of receipt.

  • The reimbursement for the Criminal Reference Check shall not be taxed.

  • Where legislation/regulation requires or may require in the future, that all employees have a Criminal Reference Check, newly hired employees must produce such Reference Check prior to the completion of the probationary period.

  • Assignment of this Agreement by Bank shall relieve Bank of any further obligations under this Agreement.

  • Employees will cooperate with the Employer in providing consent to release information to a third party working on behalf of the CCAC to obtain the Criminal Reference Check.

  • Should the Employer require existing employees to obtain a Criminal Reference Check, the Employer shall bear full payment of any associated costs.

  • The costs associated with the Criminal Reference Check will be incurred by the Hospital.

  • The Employer may require seniority employees to provide updated VPS and Criminal Reference Check and/or enhanced Criminal Screening, provided such documents remain clear the Employer shall reimburse the employee upon receipt the full cost.
