Crestron Software definition

Crestron Software means any Crestron software development tools, object code, source code, and binary libraries supplied by Crestron under this AGREEMENT including but not limited to D3 Pro™ software, Crestron Studio® software, SystemBuilder™ advanced development suite, SIMPL software, SIMPL+® software, Crestron Toolbox™ and VisionTools® Pro‐e software, and includes, as applicable, associated media, printed materials, and ‘online’ or electronic documentation.

Crestron Software means end‐user software developed by, or under the permission of, Crestron, including, but not limited to Crestron Fusion® software, Crestron RoomView® Express software, Crestron RoomView add‐on software, Crestron Pyng™ software, Crestron® Smart Space™ software, Crestron AirMedia™ software, Crestron App® application, Crestron Mobile Pro® application, Crestron Control® software and firmware provided by Crestron under this AGREEMENT and includes, as applicable, associated media, printed materials, and ‘online’ or electronic documentation.

Crestron Software means software and firmware that: (a) is used to operate a Crestron Device; and (b) is developed by, or under the permission of, Crestron. Crestron Software includes, as applicable, associated materials and documentation, whether electronic or printed.
