CREST Service definition
CREST Service means the system developed and operated by CRESTCo, of which Computershare is a member, for the purpose of enabling companies and other persons to permit the holding of units of GET SA Shares issued by them in uncertificated form and the transfer by means of the system of title to units of such of those GET SA Shares as are held in uncertificated form, as well as the payment of dividends in respect of such GET SA Shares, the making of rights issues and the taking of other corporate actions by participating issuers;
CREST Service means the system developed and operated by CRESTCo, of which Computershare is a member, for the purpose of enabling companies and other persons to permit the holding of units of securities issued by them in uncertificated form and the transfer by means of the system of title to units of such of those securities as are held in uncertificated form, as well as the payment of dividends in respect of such securities, the making of rights issues and the taking of other corporate actions by participating issuers;
Examples of CREST Service in a sentence
The Supplier may not use the Information Management System to Process Authority Data unless and until: the Supplier has procured the conduct of an IT Health Check of the Supplier System by a CHECK Service Provider or a CREST Service Provider in accordance with Paragraph 7.1; and the Authority has issued the Supplier with an Information Security Approval Statement in accordance with the process set out in this Paragraph 4.
In all such cases contemplated above the "Terms and Conditions of the CREST Service" shall apply and be incorporated into this Schedule.
