Creep definition

Creep means that, with all load wires disconnected, a meter’s moving element makes one complete revolution in ten minutes or less.
Creep means a continuous apparent accumulation of energy in a meter with voltage applied and the load terminals open circuited.
Creep means gradual deformation that results from the application of stress resulting in forcing the pillars down into the floor of an underground mine.
