Creditor's Lien definition

Creditor's Lien means collectively (a) the continuing lien and security interest granted by the Borrower to the Creditor under the Creditor's Security Agreement, (b) the continuing lien and security interest granted by the Guarantor to the Creditor under the Creditor's Stock Pledge, and (c) any and all liens and security interests of the Creditor now existing or hereafter arising in the property of the Borrower.
