Creditor Trustee(s) means each trustee of a Creditor Trust or, collectively, the trustees of the Creditor Trusts, in each case, appointed in accordance with Section 5.7(b) of the Plan.

  • Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, upon the final distribution of Creditor Trust Assets and the filing by the Delaware Trustee of a Certificate of Cancellation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, the Delaware Trustee and the Creditor Trustees shall be deemed discharged and have no further duties or obligations hereunder, the Units shall be cancelled and the Creditor Trust will be deemed to have been dissolved.

  • The initial aggregate compensation of the Creditor Trustees shall be $90,000 per annum.

  • After the dissolution of the Creditor Trust and solely for the purpose of liquidating and winding up the affairs of the Creditor Trust, the Creditor Trustees and the Creditor Trust Management shall continue to act as such until their duties have been fully performed.
