Credit Package definition

Credit Package means: (i) A credit application made and signed by a customer; (ii) a credit report issued by a credit reporting agency in respect of the customer; (iii) proof that the Customer has a valid drivers license; and (iv) such other information relating to the creditworthiness of a customer as company may reasonably request. Dealer agrees that upon request of Company, Dealer will immediately repurchase any Contract Company is unable to verify within 5 days of the date of purchase.
Credit Package means with respect to any Mortgage Loan, those items designated as such on Exhibit C hereto.

Credit Package means that group of documents and other information or materials that must be delivered to Huntington under the terms and as identified in the Correspondent Manual before Huntington will underwrite and make a credit decision for a Mortgage Loan, or purchase a Mortgage Loan in the case of a loan underwritten by Seller pursuant to Delegated or Expanded Delegated Underwriting Authority.
