Credit holiday definition
Credit holiday shall have the meanings given to such terms under the definition of "Business Day" pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, dated as of May 29, 1992 between AEP Credit, Inc. and Reliant Energy, Incorporated, as such agreement is amended from time to time.
