Credit Earned definition

Credit Earned means the total number of credits earned for courses passed including Credit Transfer.
Credit Earned means the total credit hours obtained for all passed courses.
Credit Earned means the total number of credits hours earned for subjects passed.

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Agent maintained at the office of the Agent at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the "Family Golf Centers, Inc. The LC Outstandings with respect to any Lender at any time shall be its Commitment Percentage of the total LC Outstandings at such time.

  • Investment Earnings means, with respect to any Payment Date, the investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on amounts on deposit in the Trust Accounts to be deposited into the Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 5.01(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Advances Outstanding On any day, the aggregate principal amount of all Advances outstanding on such day, after giving effect to all repayments of Advances and the making of new Advances on such day.
