Credit Card Facilities means the credit card facilities granted by the Bank to the Card Holder in connection with the Credit Cards. Credit Card Facilities means the credit card facilities granted by the Bank to the Card Holder in connection with the Credit Cards.
Examples of Credit Card Facilities in a sentence
Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Bank shall as of right pursuant to Article 2150-5 of the Code, apply the Cash Deposits towards setting off against any exposure then outstanding under the Credit Card Facilities.
The Security herein created shall remain in full force and effect as a continuing security for the Credit Card Facilities and for the tenor of the Security Period.
You shall pay interest on any outstanding amount owing under the Credit Card Facilities at such rate(s) as indicated in the Application Form or as we may impose from time to time at our discretion should you refinance to another Participating FI.
