Credit Activity definition

Credit Activity means any activity which is a credit activity for the purposes of the National Credit Act. Credit Representative means a person authorised in accordance with sections 64 or 65 of the National Credit Act. Default of, or by, the Agent means any of the events or actions described in clauses 31.2(a) to 31.2(f) of this Agreement. Default of, or by, the Bank means a breach of this Agreement by the Bank. Financial Service means any activity which is a financial service for the purposes of the Financial Services Law. Financial Services Law means Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act and any regulations, class orders, policy statements or other instruments issued by a Government Agency in relation to that law. Fit Out Option means the option conferred on the Bank under clause 11.5.
Credit Activity means any activity which is a credit activity for the purposes of the National Credit Act. Credit Representative means a person authorised in accordance with sections 64 or 65 of the National Credit Act. Encumber means any agreement to create or action or omission which would allow any of the following encumbrances to exist:

Examples of Credit Activity in a sentence

  • If payment is by letter of credit, the AO must immediately send a scanned copy of the award and any amendment by email to the Bureau for Management, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Cash Management and Payment Division (M/CFO/CMP) at the Letter of Credit Activity mailbox: ▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • Credit Activity and Non-classroom assignments are duties such as, but not limited to those of: mental health counselor; physical education activity instructor or coach; instructors in skills labs such as writing, foreign language, disabled student services, nursing, other activity and skill lab courses; and exercise, conditioning, and swimming class assignments; nurse; and academic specialist.

  • Financial institutions that will participate in the Credit Activity will be chosen on a competitive basis.

  • The lessons learned from other donors’ experiences, especially regarding the need to avoid narrowly targeted lending and over-subsidization of interest rates, in order to encourage sustainability will be incorporated into the implementation of the Credit Activity.

  • We are also authorised to undertake the Consumer Credit Activity of credit broking.

  • Loans to financial institutions provided under this Credit Activity will convert to grants (loans- to-grants) at the end of the Compact Term if the financial institutions are able to demonstrate acceptable levels of diligence in making loans and success in collecting them.

  • Providers of the financial services under the Credit Activity will be required to demonstrate their ability not only to originate loans but to monitor and collect the loans and, thus, the sustainability of their services.

  • The Credit Activity will support the other Project Activities under the Agriculture Project by facilitating access to credit in the Intervention Zones and assisting the banks to improve their ability to assess, grant and manage agriculture loans.

Related to Credit Activity

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Collateral Agent maintained at the office of the Collateral Agent at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Square North, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ designated as the “Spirit Pledge Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Letter of Credit Termination Date means the tenth day preceding the Termination Date.

  • LC Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Letter of Credit Availability Period the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the Letter of Credit Maturity Date.

  • Revolving Credit Termination Date means the earliest of (a) the Scheduled Revolving Credit Termination Date, (b) the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments pursuant to Section 2.5 or 9.2 and (c) the date on which the Obligations become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.2.
