If informed by Lender or if Borrower otherwise has actual knowledge that the Export-Related Borrowing Base is at any time less than the Credit Accommodation Amount, Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days, either (i) furnish additional Collateral to Lender, in form and amount satisfactory to Lender and Ex-Im Bank or (ii) pay to Lender an amount equal to the difference between the Credit Accommodation Amount and the Export-Related Borrowing Base.
Any amounts paid by Lender in respect of a Credit Accommodation will be treated for all purposes as a Revolving Loan which shall be secured by the Collateral and bear interest, and be payable, in the same manner as a Revolving Loan.

Credit Accommodation means any debt of the Borrower to the Lender and all terms and conditions of said debt.
