Appropriate Minimum Block Size means the minimum notional or principal amount for a category of Swap that qualifies as a Block Trade pursuant to CFTC Regulation 43.6.
Minimum Tangible Net Worth means, with respect to the Parent, at any time, the sum of (a) $1,418,939,250 plus (b) 75% of the aggregate net proceeds received by the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries after September 30, 2013 in connection with any offering of Stock or Stock Equivalents of the Parent or its Subsidiaries; provided however, that any such net proceeds used solely for the purpose of redeeming the Parent’s preferred stock shall not be included in such sum.
Minimum data set means the data required by the Australian Government from Community Care service outlets, in the form prescribed by the Australian Government, which data is shared with the Queensland Government;
Technical violation means a noncriminal violation of the conditions of parole. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 905.7.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
