Credentials and Privileges definition

Credentials and Privileges means all information regarding my qualifications, my standing with the Health Care Entity, and my right to provide healthcare services at or through the Healthcare Entity. It also includes any limitations imposed upon my right to provide healthcare services and any final disciplinary action taken by the Health Care Entity with regard to my provision of healthcare services at or through the Healthcare Entity.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • Multistate licensure privilege means a legal authorization associated with a multistate license permitting the practice of nursing as either a registered nurse (RN) or LPN/VN in a remote state.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Privileges means exclusive privileges as set out in the E-Privilege which may be, from time to time, updated or amended by the Company;
