CREDENTIALING CONTACT definition
CREDENTIALING CONTACT means one person the Applicant may designate and authorize as proxy to assist the Applicant with filling out certain information on the Application. The Applicant’s Credentialing Contact is permitted access to the Applicant’s Application for this purpose.
