Creative Elements definition

Creative Elements means any original titles, designs, character names and likenesses, dialogue, music, sound effects, words, symbols, graphics and footage, visual representations of props, special effects and any other creative elements which appear in or have become directly associated with the Exhibition or its content;

Examples of Creative Elements in a sentence

  • All other Creative Elements intended to be used by Whitney must be approved by EduTrades in writing.

  • The Hirer shall use the Creative Elements only as specified in Appendix A or outlined in Appendix E.

  • Exhibitor will provide Host with written approval or disapproval of any Creative Elements within fifteen (15) business days after receiving Hosts’ proposal relating to such Creative Elements, provided that if Exhibitor does not respond to Host within such time period, the Creative Elements will be deemed disapproved by Exhibitor.

  • Company and Owner shall have mutual approval over key business and creative matters during the production of the Picture including over any change to the Key Creative Elements necessitated by the exigencies of production (e.g. termination of the director or principal cast member for cause) and over the replacement for any such Key Creative Element; provided, however, that in the event of a disagreement, Company’s decision with respect thereto shall be final and binding.

  • Owner shall have a period of fifteen (15) business days from its receipt of Company’s Submission in which to elect, by giving written notice (“Notice”) to Company, to co-finance the Picture ("Co-Finance") upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, which election by Owner shall constitute approval of the Key Creative Elements.

Related to Creative Elements

  • Alternative energy technology means equipment, component parts, materials, electronic devices, testing equipment, and related systems that are specifically designed, specifically fabricated, and used primarily for 1 or more of the following:

  • Fugitive emissions means those emissions which could not reasonably pass through a stack, chimney, vent, or other functionally equivalent opening.

  • Works Approval means this Works Approval numbered W5813/2015/1 and issued under the Act; and

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or “PEMS” means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, lb/hr) on a continuous basis.
