CREATIVE APPLICATIONS definition

CREATIVE APPLICATIONS means those software applications developed by CREATIVE, either alone or jointly with Licensor, based upon CREATIVE Video Technology, other CREATIVE technology, technology licensed by CREATIVE from third parties, Client/Server Derivative Works, or Licensor Technology, and as described in EXHIBIT D attached hereto, as such may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties, which agreement shall not unreasonably be withheld.
