fish aggregating device means any man-made or partly man-made floating or semi-submerged device, whether anchored or not, intended for the purpose of aggregating fish, and includes any natural floating object on which a device has been placed to facilitate its location;
Creation Unit means an aggregation of a specified number of Shares as stated in the Prospectus for the applicable Fund.
ACCUMULATION UNIT VALUE means the dollar value of each Accumulation Unit in a Separate Account on a given date. (If Investment Funds apply as described in Section 2.02, then the terms of this Section 2.03 apply separately to each Fund, unless otherwise stated.) Amounts allocated or transferred to a Separate Account are used to purchase Accumulation Units of that Account. Units are redeemed when amounts are deducted, transferred or withdrawn. The number of Accumulation Units in a Separate Account at any time is equal to the number of Accumulation Units purchased minus the number of Units redeemed in that Account up to that time. The number of Accumulation Units purchased or redeemed in a transaction is equal to the dollar amount of the transaction divided by the Account's Accumulation Unit Value for that Transaction Date.
Common Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(g) hereof.
Accumulation Unit is the unit of measure we use before the Income Date to keep track of the value of each Variable Sub-Account.
OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.
Aggregation Group means either a Required Aggregation Group or a Permissive Aggregation Group as hereinafter determined.
Data Aggregation shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA Privacy 32 Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.
Permissive Aggregation Group means the Required Aggregation Group of plans plus any other plan or plans of the Employer which, when considered as a group with the Required Aggregation Group, would continue to satisfy the requirements of Code Sections 401(a)(4) and 410.
ESOP means a Plan that is intended to satisfy the requirements of Section 4975(e)(7) of the IRC.
Spending unit means the department, bureau, division, office, board, commission,
Required Aggregation Group means: (i) each qualified plan of the Employer in which at least one Key Employee participates at any time during the Determination Period; and (ii) any other qualified plan of the Employer which enables a plan described in clause (i) to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a)(4) or of Code Section 410.
Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.
Participant Contributions means contributions made by the Participant pursuant to an executed Pay Reduction Agreement subject to the Participant Contribution limits contained in Article III.
Percentage Stock Ownership means the percentage Stock Ownership interest of any Person or group (as the context may require) for purposes of Section 382 of the Code as determined in accordance with the Treasury Regulation § 1.382-2T(g), (h), (j) and (k) or any successor provision.
Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.
Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.
DSU means the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes contained in Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement;
Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.
Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.
Diversion unit means any probation counselor who enters into
