Cream Formulation means a semisolid emulsion dosage form as classified by the FDA or defined by the U.S. Pharmacopeia’s Nomenclature Guidelines. For clarification, “Cream Formulation” does not include any formulation that is a solution, ointment, gel, or lotion, as each such term is classified by the FDA or defined by the U.S. Pharmacopeia’s Nomenclature Guidelines.
