CRC Services means the Services generally described on Annex C and any other Service provided by CRC or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to this Agreement.

CRC Services means a Delaware limited liability company which was formed by Sub 1, and which has elected to be classified as disregarded as an entity separate from Sub 1 for U.S. federal income tax purposes, to acquire and hold certain information technology that will be used in the CRC Business and replace Sub 1’s cash management functions for members of the CRC Group.

Related to CRC Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.
