Craft Union means
Craft Union means a union registered under the (Central Act XIV of 1947) Trade Unions Act, 1926 but whose activities are restricted to a category of the workmen employed in the industrial establishment;

  • Each training Committee will have at least one (1) Union Representative from the Craft Union involved.

  • For the purpose of this Agreement and in order to alleviate any misunderstandings, it is expressly understood and agreed by and between all Parties to this Agreement that while the Agreement is Province-wide in scope, reference to Plasterers, means those Plasterers now and who hereafter become members of a Local Union under the name and style of a Local Union of the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada.

  • The Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada may amend the Employee Contributions upon thirty (30) days notice to the Guild.

  • The Guild may amend their Employer Contributions upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada.
