CRAFT APPRENTICE definition

CRAFT APPRENTICE. REPRESENTATIVE shall mean the representative elected or appointed by the craft to advise and assist in matters relative to the Apprentice Training Program as it pertains to his/her craft. JOINT APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE A Joint Apprenticeship Committee will consist of representatives of Management and the Craft Apprentice representative of those crafts having apprentices covered by an apprenticeship agreement.   • Apprentice plumber means a person licensed under this chapter as an apprentice

  • Apprentice means a worker who is employed to learn an apprenticeable occupation under the terms and conditions of approved apprenticeship standards.

  • Apprentice electrician means an individual other than an electrical contractor, master electrician, or electrical journeyman, who is engaged in learning about and assisting in the installation or alteration of electrical wiring and equipment under the direct personal supervision of an electrical journeyman or master electrician.

  • Apprenticeship means the training and (where applicable) end point assessment for an employee as part of a job with an accompanying skills development programme;

  • Standards of Apprenticeship means this entire document, including these definitions.
