  • Throughout the term of this Agreement the Supplier shall comply with the CR Policy in force from time to time and shall allow the Auditors to access any of the Supplier Premises, Supplier Personnel and relevant records as may be reasonably required in order to undertake verification of the Supplier’s compliance with the CR Policy.
