The Undersigned is a “Wholesale Customer”, as defined in the CR-3 Settlement Release, and Acquisition Agreement (the “Agreement”) to which this Consent and Joinder is attached.
At the start of training, provide the RE and each apprentice or trainee with an applicable “Training Guideline” and, at the conclusion of training, an accurate and complete “Training Certificate for Reporting Hours to NJDOT” (Form CR-3), showing hours of training satisfactorily completed.
The Work Authorization may be amended from time to time with the written approval of CR3 and Company.

Regardless, the Company shall also maintain such applicable insurance coverage for the CRO and CR3 for a period of not less than six (6) years following the date of termination of the Services.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives of the Company, CR3 and any person entitled to indemnity under the terms of Exhibit B.
A certificate of issuance evidencing such coverage shall be furnished promptly to the CRO and CR3 at its request.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time by CR3 or the Company by giving written notice to the other party, which termination will be effective upon the non-terminating party’s receipt of such notice.
