CR-3 definition

  • The Undersigned is a “Wholesale Customer”, as defined in the CR-3 Settlement Release, and Acquisition Agreement (the “Agreement”) to which this Consent and Joinder is attached.

  • A certificate of issuance evidencing such coverage shall be furnished promptly to the CRO and CR3 at its request.

  • This Agreement may be terminated at any time by CR3 or the Company by giving written notice to the other party, which termination will be effective upon the non-terminating party’s receipt of such notice.
