CPUC REC Decision definition

CPUC REC Decision means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC issued under Rulemaking 00-00-000, or any successor or consolidated CPUC rulemaking, pursuant to which the CPUC authorizes Buyer to purchase the Product produced or generated by or associated with the Project and use the Product for California Renewables Portfolio Standard compliance purposes; provided that such order shall not impose further material restrictions or limitations on (a) the volume or quantity of Renewable Energy Credits, (b) the types of transactions considered REC-only, or (c) the locations of projects that may produce or generate Renewable Energy Credits, for which Buyer may use for California Renewables Portfolio Standard compliance purposes (other than as set forth in the Decision 00-00-000 dated March 11, 2010).

  • Adequacy Decision means a decision issued by the European Commission that a country or region or a category of recipients in such country or region is deemed to provide an “adequate” level of data protection.

  • Appellate Decision-maker means a person who considers and decides appeals of determinations regarding responsibility and dismissals of formal complaints. The Appellate Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, or Decision-maker. The Appellate Decision-maker may be a school district employee, or a third party designated by the school district.

  • Appeal Tribunal means the all-citizen Tribunal duly appointed by Council to conduct hearings under this By-law; (200-08)

  • Decision-maker means a person who makes a determination regarding responsibility after the investigation has concluded. The Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, the Investigator, or the Appellate Decision-maker.

  • Labor law decision means an administrative merits determination, arbitral award or decision, or civil judgment, which resulted from a violation of one or more of the laws listed in the definition of “labor laws”.

  • Development order means any order granting, denying, or granting with conditions an application for a development permit.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • DOJ means the United States Department of Justice.
