The Company shall not permit CPSL to conduct any business other than collecting receivables owing to CPSL.

CPSL does not have outstanding or authorized any stock appreciation, phantom stock, profit participation, or similar rights.
All individuals characterized and treated by CPSL as independent contractors or consultants are properly treated as independent contracts under all applicable Laws.
