CPS Leases definition
CPS Leases means, collectively, (i) that certain Lease Agreement dated as of March 14, 2012 between OC Parking Fort Lauderdale LLC, as landlord, and Central Parking System of Florida, Inc., as tenant, (ii) that certain Lease Agreement dated as of March 14, 2012 between OC Parking Baltimore LLC, as landlord, and Central Parking System of Maryland, Inc., as tenant, (iii) that certain Lease Agreement dated as of March 14, 2012 between OC Parking Memphis Poplar LLC, as landlord, and Central Parking System of Tennessee, Inc., as tenant, (iv) that certain Lease Agreement dated as of March 14, 2012 between OC Parking Kansas City LLC, as landlord, and Central Parking System of Missouri, Inc., as tenant, (v) that certain Lease Agreement dated as of March 14, 2012 between OC Parking Memphis Court LLC, as landlord, and Central Parking System of Tennessee, Inc., as tenant, and (vi) that certain Lease Agreement dated as of March 14, 2012 between OC Parking St. Louis LLC, as landlord, and Central Parking System of Missouri, Inc., as tenant.
