CPS Fees definition
CPS Fees means amounts paid to CPS for programs (including but not limited to fees for supervision, anger management sessions, alcohol safety school, urinalysis, credit card transactions, drug education classes, and/or domestic violence assessments), but excluding amounts CPS collected on behalf of the court, county, or state (such as court costs, warrant fees, and restitution).
