Employees who resign or are discharged for cause prior to December 31 of the Plan Year forfeit their eligibility to receive a CPS Distribution.
Full-time and part-time regular, term and temporary employees who are on the payroll for at least 90 days during an applicable Plan Year will be eligible to receive a CPS Distribution to the extent earned and payable.
For an employee who is employed more than 90 days, but less than 12 months, of the Plan Year, the employee's CPS Distribution will be prorated by twelfths to correspond to the number of months of participation during the Plan Year.
The actual CPS Distribution per eligible employee will be calculated by multiplying the “Standard” CPS Distribution by a "Performance Percentage" for the Plan Year that shall not be less than 0% and not more than 200%.
