CPRSA definition
CPRSA means Cost of Power Rate Stabilization Account;
CPRSA means the Cost of Power Rate Stabilisation Account to be established in accordance with bye-law 35;
RSA means the Republic of South Africa as defined in section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (108 of 1996).
Company Equity Plan means any management equity or stock option or ownership plan or any other management or employee benefit plan of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company.
Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.
Governance Term Sheet means the Governance Term Sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Parent Equity Plans means all employee and director equity incentive plans of Parent and agreements for equity awards in respect of Parent Common Stock granted under the inducement grant exception.
