CPR Property definition
CPR Property means, collectively, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ Escorial Shopping Center, Plaza Cayey Shopping Center, Plaza Palma Real Shopping Center, Plaza lsabela Shopping Center and the San German Project, as more particularly described in the CPR Agreement.
CPR Property means the CPR Lands, the CPR Facilities and any other lands or infrastructure under the ownership or control of CPR at any time that may be damaged or otherwise impacted by the Work.
