CPPA-G definition

CPPA-G means the Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited, a company established and operating under Section 32 of the Borrower’s Companies Ordinance, 1984, and registered with the Assistant Registrar of Companies under certificate of incorporation No. 0068608, dated January 28, 2009.

  • FIPPA means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) and the regulations made under it as it and they may be amended from time to time;
