CPO Land definition

CPO Land means in relation to any Phase all land acquired by the Council in the course of satisfying the Site Assembly Condition in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and (in addition for the Shopping Centre Phase only) in accordance with the CPO Deed, and which in each case is required for the carrying out of the Development on such Phase;
CPO Land means the land (and each and every part of it) in or over which interests or rights are to be acquired pursuant to the CPO;
CPO Land the land (and each and every part of it) in or over which interests or rights including any New Rights are to be acquired (if applicable) pursuant to the CPO and which is shown in draft for identification purposes only on the plan at Schedule [ ] to this Agreement;

Examples of CPO Land in a sentence

  • Any land agreed to be acquired hereunder shall comprise CPO Land.

  • The Council is satisfied that it may be necessary in order for the Developer to carry out the Development to consider the need to exercise its CPO powers for those parts of the CPO Land that are not acquired by the Developer by private treaty and the Council accept that it may be necessary to make one or more CPO's to secure the acquisition of those parts of the CPO Land which have not been acquired by private treaty.

  • For Setting up of such Public EV charging stations by M/s CPO, Land owning agency would provide the required space of about Sq. Ft within the premises of the identified locations subject to feasibility in order to develop the required infrastructure for charging of electric vehicles.

  • Following the agreement of the extent of any such CPO Land pursuant to clause 12.1 the Council Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to acquire such CPO Land and the Council shall give due consideration to use of its CPO Powers to facilitate acquisition of such CPO Land.
