CPl Property definition
CPl Property means any intangible property or contract rights of the Borrower relating to or existing under that certain Electric Power Purchase Agreement dated as of December 17, 1984, as amended, between the Borrower and Carolina Power & Light.

As between CPl and Subscriber, CPl retains and reserves all right, title and interest (including all related lntellectual Property Rights) in and to the CPl Property and any improvements thereto.
CPl hereby grants to Subscriber a royalty−free, non− assignable, non−transferable, and non−exclusive license to use the CPl Property solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including without limitation all limitations and restrictions on such use) to the extent necessary for Subscriber to access, use and receive the ChargePoint Services as permitted herein.
No rights are granted to Subscriber in the CPl Property hereunder except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
