CPIS means those Service Levels which are (i) described in the applicable “Service Level Matrix” Schedule as a CPI and (ii) for which a Service Level Credit may be payable. Each CPI has an Expected Service Level and a Minimum Service Level associated with it, unless otherwise specified.

Examples of CPIS in a sentence

  • This Article does not apply to a BSO Division/Unit/Section wherein all bargaining unit employees within the same classification have the same shift, hours of work, facility/location and days off, inclusive of rotating shifts i.e. CPIS.

  • CPIS is excluded from placement of a board member by this administrative process.
